The Zennetuin project consists of 3 houses and a large public garden in the very centre of Sint-Jans-Molenbeek, Brussels.
The river course of the former Kleine Zenne is still tangible on this site. It feels like an open space surrounded by a diversity of buildings: warehouses, living houses, communal houses, ...
The three stapled houses at the street side form a cantilever gatehouse to the inner garden at the back.
